Municipal leasing provides a specialized tax –advantaged means to finance the purchase of assets today and pay for them over a period of 3 to 15 years without having to issue a Bond. We can help you acquire equipment from fire trucks to computer equipment to 911 systems and everything in between. You choose the vendor and the equipment. Once you have taken delivery and are satisfied, we pay the vendor directly. Lease repayment can be on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual basis. Through the use of a lease purchase agreement you own the equipment free and clear. No final negotiation. No surprises.
